Capital Grill – Center City, Philadelphia

Probably of my favorite steaks places in the city. A bit expensive, a bit dark and somewhat WASPy for my tastes, but the food. Yum. The service has sometimes been a bit slow, especially in relation to the price and name. I once had a meal here and ordered a bottle of wine. The bottle arrived, unopened. It sat on our table, unopened for about 10 minutes before we had to ask for someone to open it. A bit strange, but it happens I guess.
