I think I’m through with French restaurants. They just don’t do it for me. The food portions are small, they are swimming in heavy cream sauces and I’m generally disappointed. I’ve been to both Le Bec Fin and now Gilmore’s this year and both times I hungered for a big old cheese steak when I left.

I received a gift certificate to this restaurant for some computer work I did for a friend. I probably would not have chosen this restaurant by myself, but the gift certificate made it an easy choice.

Tried this restaurant for the second time. I’m not a fan. Its stuffy and overbearing. The food is excellent, but portions are small. The service is spectacular, I don’t deny this. But, I’ve had better meals for less money, where I didn’t have to get dressed in a suit, didn’t have to whisper to the person next to me and didn’t feel hungry as I left. I’ll pass next time.

The lesser known of Georges Perrier’s restaurants where the drinks are expensive, the food is pricey and the clientele is, well, rich. A nice treat to impress someone or to just ‘take it all in’. A little much for me. The funny thing is, it’s cheaper then Le Bec Fin for pretty much the same food.
